    Hi,

    here's a translation for the top one:
    СЪЮЗ НА БЪЛГАРСКИТЕ УЧИТЕЛИ - Bulgarian Teachers Union
    ПОЩА - Post (service)
    НР БЪЛГАРИЯ - People's Republic of Bulgaria

    the "ст" is the abbreviation for "stotinki", the Bulgarian coins.


    And for the bottom one, the text from bottom left to top right: XVII th International Exhibition Sofia Book Fair
