Friggin' dang!
"The Art Group" consisted of a group of designers in Los Angeles in the '60s consisting of Hector, Octavio and Carlos Huerta with Roger Johnson. I believe Roger designed this logo. They were later named "Huerta Design Associates" and now "Huerta Quorum."
